Personalized items may take up to 10 business days for delivery.

Blank stock items may take up to 7 business days for delivery.

PSA Essentials Stamps may take up to 10 business days for delivery.

Personalized melamine plates may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be associated with your order. Palm Beach Ink will make our best effort to minimize these charges, and will never add to these fees. We only charge the direct cost of shipping.

Digital Photo Submission

Photos for digital photocards must meet the following requirements: Digital photo must be a .jpg file, dimensions must not be smaller than 1200 x 1200 pixels, rectangle format is required for rectangle photo shapes. Label photos A (1 photo) B (2 photos) C (3 photos) and/or D (4 photos) for multiple photos within the card to indicate placement. Your photo will print exactly as it is submitted. Photos taken by a professional photographer require consent before printings. We assume that any photos submitted have been given consent for this use. 

Returns

In the event that Palm Beach Ink has made an error, the order will be replaced at no additional charge. Client errors will not be replaced, but we will be happy to re-run the order at a 25% discount.
